Tizianas gardens and outdoor courtyard is absolutely beautiful. She is a very accommodating and kind host. The bed was very comfortable and the unit nice and clean. The location is difficult if you don't have a car but it provided all the amenities such as a coffee shop, a little fruit market and restaurants that are within walking distance.

Pretty property with a nice outdoor space. The room was modern and clean. There is also a nice restaurant on the same street La Fraschetta di Fiumicino which was good value for money. Staff: The lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming. She doesn’t speak much English but that wasn’t a problem. We used google translate. Location: The closest bus is at the end of the street near the roundabout. About at 900 m walk. Which come about every 30 minutes. It will take you into Fiumicino or Ostia.

Tiziana, the host, was very nice. She has contacted me straight after booking and provided me with all the details regarding my stay. My room was ready much in advance, it was done as an exception. The room is clean and cozy. You will need a Fiumicino taxi to get from the FCO airport to the B&B because the distance is 6 km. The taxi price is 25 EUR. There is a small restaurant 50m away from "A casa di Titty" where you can enjoy your lunch and dinner. Nothing special but still. The sea is 2,5 km away. I strongly recommend "A casa di Titty" for a short stay in Fiumicino.

It was clean and comfortable; well equipped, and felt safe and homely. I liked the fact that there were not too many rooms and that the landlady lived there.it was quiet, and the garden was lovely.

A beautiful property and gardens which included our lovely outdoor space The room was immaculate and decorated with loving care We were greeted by our host who was most helpful in her great restaurant booking and in ordering our taxi for the morning

The B&B is very clean and cosy. The room is very clean and freshly renovated. Calm location. Beautiful small garden. Very friendly and helpful host :) There is a coffee machine in the room, the breakfast is very basic.

Lovely host and very nice accommodation in a suburban neighbourhood very convenient for the airport. Cacio e Pepe restaurant is a short walk and is highly recommended.

Our hostess was very nice but not speak any English although she had an app on the phone so we could communicate the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
